Steam is the gentlest cooking method — and the Cristel Strate Steamer Insert makes it effortless. Designed to sit perfectly inside Cristel sauté pans, saucepans, and stewpans of the same diameter, it transforms any Cristel vessel into a precision steamer without any additional equipment.
Made from brushed 18/10 stainless steel, it preserves the natural flavor, color, and nutrients of your food — vegetables stay vibrant, fish stays tender, and dumplings come out perfectly. It cleans up in seconds after use.

Please notify us immediately of any issues with your order. We can be reached at the address below: https://account.myfrenchstore.com If after communicating with our customer service team, within 7 days of receipt, your order is deemed non-satisfactory, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Eligibility by Request (In Absence of Defect)*: We must have received documentation by picture(s) of the issue within 7 days of receipt and 30 days of purchase.The item must be in new / unused condition. Please do notdiscard any original packaging!

Non-Eligible Returns*: The item(s) are not in original condition, items are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons beyond our control. Documentation has not been received within 7 days of receipt, or it is beyond the 30 day return window.
Returns Under Warranty*: Upon receipt of your order, if there is defect or damage present on the item(s), we will provide a return label for delivery to your nearest FedEx location.
We will replace the defective or damaged item free of charge under our limited warranty – or, a refund for the amount paid per your request. Exchanges are not accepted unless covered under the warranty returns policy stated above.
