We accept return under the following
conditions:
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. This includes worn, washed, or used apparel items, as well as items without original tags or packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund under the following conditions:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit may be issued.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.
