Stainless steel Saucepan 18/10 with flat glass lid, brushed finish, detachable handle, from Strate®collection. A must have in the kitchen, Strate®saucepans come in 4 sizes: 1 qt, 1.5 qt, 2 qt and 3 qt. The detachable handle system allows a perfect stacking of CRISTEL® cookware to save space in drawers, cabinets and in the dishwasher.
Thanks to the efficiency of their CRISTEL® L Shape thermo-diffuser base, compatible with induction, the Strate®Detachable handle system fits all kitchen sizes and will be a valuable ally for all your culinary preparations. Practical, the detachable handle system makes it possible to transform your stainless steel vessel into a serving dish by replacing the long handle with short handles.
Strate®cookware, is made of stainless steel 18/10, preserves the taste of your food and is easy to clean after cooking.
Detachable handles are designed to be used during the cooking process when maneuvering cookware from stovetop to oven or oven to table. For safety, the handles shouldn’t be left on while cooking. While heat-resistant, prolonged exposure can negatively impact the detaching mechanism over time.

Please notify us immediately of any issues with your order. We can be reached at the address below: https://account.myfrenchstore.com If after communicating with our customer service team, within 7 days of receipt, your order is deemed non-satisfactory, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Eligibility by Request (In Absence of Defect)*: We must have received documentation by picture(s) of the issue within 7 days of receipt and 30 days of purchase.The item must be in new / unused condition. Please do notdiscard any original packaging!

Non-Eligible Returns*: The item(s) are not in original condition, items are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons beyond our control. Documentation has not been received within 7 days of receipt, or it is beyond the 30 day return window.
Returns Under Warranty*: Upon receipt of your order, if there is defect or damage present on the item(s), we will provide a return label for delivery to your nearest FedEx location.
We will replace the defective or damaged item free of charge under our limited warranty – or, a refund for the amount paid per your request. Exchanges are not accepted unless covered under the warranty returns policy stated above.
