From a Sunday leg of lamb to a perfectly bronzed chicken, the Cristel Roaster with Rack is the vessel that makes oven roasting effortless. Dimensioned to fit a conventional oven without overhanging handles, it slides in and out cleanly — no awkward maneuvering, no risk of burns.
The riveted handles run the full width of the vessel, giving you a wide, stable grip even with potholders — essential when the roaster is full and hot. The 3-ply construction (stainless steel – aluminum – stainless steel) ensures even heat distribution across the base, which is also induction-compatible for stovetop searing before the oven.
The adjustable, foldable stainless steel rack is the standout feature: use it horizontally to elevate a rack of lamb or a side of beef, or fold it flat for compact storage. It also works beautifully for steaming fish directly in the roaster.

We can be reached at the address below: https://account.myfrenchstore.com If after communicating with our customer service team, within 7 days of receipt, your order is deemed non-satisfactory, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Eligibility by Request (In Absence of Defect)*: We must have received documentation by picture(s) of the issue within 7 days of receipt and 30 days of purchase.The item must be in new / unused condition. Please do notdiscard any original packaging!

Non-Eligible Returns*: The item(s) are not in original condition, items are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons beyond our control. Documentation has not been received within 7 days of receipt, or it is beyond the 30 day return window.
Returns Under Warranty*: Upon receipt of your order, if there is defect or damage present on the item(s), we will provide a return label for delivery to your nearest FedEx location.
We will replace the defective or damaged item free of charge under our limited warranty – or, a refund for the amount paid per your request. Exchanges are not accepted unless covered under the warranty returns policy stated above.
