Coated with Cristel’s proprietary Exceliss® non-stick surface, it handles the most fragile foods with ease, releasing cleanly every time without added fat.
The flat glass lid locks in moisture and lets you monitor your dish without lifting the cover. When it’s time to serve, swap the long handle for side handles and bring the pan straight to the table — a seamless stovetop-to-table transition that’s pure Cristel.
Built on the L-Shape thermo-diffuser base, it heats evenly across all cooktops including induction, with no hot spots.

Note: This product contains PFAS chemicals in its non-stick coating. For searing meat, we recommend the Cristel Strate Stainless Steel Sauté Pan.
Detachable handles sold separately. For safety, remove handles before prolonged stovetop use.

We can be reached at the address below: https://account.myfrenchstore.com If after communicating with our customer service team, within 7 days of receipt, your order is deemed non-satisfactory, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Eligibility by Request (In Absence of Defect)*: We must have received documentation by picture(s) of the issue within 7 days of receipt and 30 days of purchase.The item must be in new / unused condition. Please do notdiscard any original packaging!
You must include a copy of your original packing slip with your returned package.Once shipped, please provide tracking information to contact@myfrenchstore.com
Non-Eligible Returns*: The item(s) are not in original condition, items are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons beyond our control. Documentation has not been received within 7 days of receipt, or it is beyond the 30 day return window.
Returns Under Warranty*: Upon receipt of your order, if there is defect or damage present on the item(s), we will provide a return label for delivery to your nearest FedEx location.
We will replace the defective or damaged item free of charge under our limited warranty – or, a refund for the amount paid per your request. Exchanges are not accepted unless covered under the warranty returns policy stated above.
