The Cristel Strate Non-Stick Deep Frying Pan gives you the best of both worlds: the depth to cook in liquid and the Exceliss® non-stick surface to handle delicate foods without sticking. Fish fillets, eggs, potatoes — they all release cleanly, every time.
The extra depth makes it versatile beyond a standard frying pan — use it for shallow poaching, pan-steaming, or finishing a dish in sauce. The detachable handle system lets you move from stovetop to oven seamlessly, and swapping to side handles transforms it into an elegant serving dish.

Note: This product contains PFAS chemicals in its non-stick coating. For searing meat, we recommend the Cristel Strate Deep Frying Pan.
Detachable handles sold separately. For safety, remove handles before prolonged stovetop use.

Please notify us immediately of any issues with your order. We can be reached at the address below: https://account.myfrenchstore.com If after communicating with our customer service team, within 7 days of receipt, your order is deemed non-satisfactory, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Eligibility by Request (In Absence of Defect)*: We must have received documentation by picture(s) of the issue within 7 days of receipt and 30 days of purchase.The item must be in new / unused condition. Please do notdiscard any original packaging!
You must include a copy of your original packing slip with your returned package.Once shipped, please provide tracking information to contact@myfrenchstore.com
Non-Eligible Returns*: The item(s) are not in original condition, items are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons beyond our control. Documentation has not been received within 7 days of receipt, or it is beyond the 30 day return window.
Returns Under Warranty*: Upon receipt of your order, if there is defect or damage present on the item(s), we will provide a return label for delivery to your nearest FedEx location.
We will replace the defective or damaged item free of charge under our limited warranty – or, a refund for the amount paid per your request. Exchanges are not accepted unless covered under the warranty returns policy stated above.
