A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Eligibility by Request (In Absence of Defect)*: We must have received documentation by picture(s) of the issue within 7 days of receipt and 30 days of purchase.The item must be in new / unused condition. Please do notdiscard any original packaging!

 Non-Eligible Returns*: The item(s) are not in original condition, items are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons beyond our control. Documentation has not been received within 7 days of receipt, or it is beyond the 30 day return window.

Returns Under Warranty*: Upon receipt of your order, if there is defect or damage present on the item(s), we will provide a return label for delivery to your nearest FedEx location.

We will replace the defective or damaged item free of charge under our limited warranty – or, a refund for the amount paid per your request. Exchanges are not accepted unless covered under the warranty returns policy stated above.
