The 11" stainless steel frying pan is your go-to for high-heat searing and deglazing — building the kind of caramelized crust and rich pan sauce that only uncoated steel can produce. The 9.5" non-stick pan handles fish, eggs, and potatoes with effortless release. Swap the long handle for side handles and either pan becomes an elegant serving dish.

Note: The non-stick pan contains PFAS chemicals in its coating. Use the stainless steel pan for searing meat; the non-stick pan for fish, eggs, and delicate foods.

We can be reached at the address below: https://account.myfrenchstore.com If after communicating with our customer service team, within 7 days of receipt, your order is deemed non-satisfactory, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Eligibility by Request (In Absence of Defect)*: We must have received documentation by picture(s) of the issue within 7 days of receipt and 30 days of purchase.The item must be in new / unused condition. Please do notdiscard any original packaging!
You must include a copy of your original packing slip with your returned package.Once shipped, please provide tracking information to contact@myfrenchstore.com
Non-Eligible Returns*: The item(s) are not in original condition, items are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons beyond our control. Documentation has not been received within 7 days of receipt, or it is beyond the 30 day return window.
Returns Under Warranty*: Upon receipt of your order, if there is defect or damage present on the item(s), we will provide a return label for delivery to your nearest FedEx location.
We will replace the defective or damaged item free of charge under our limited warranty – or, a refund for the amount paid per your request. Exchanges are not accepted unless covered under the warranty returns policy stated above.
